NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-003072-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is Plaintiff and HELEN M. MORGAN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG , A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN M. MORGAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 70, MEADOWLAWN TWELFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
