NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-002505-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and ANDREA E. MORAN, AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA E. MORAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 42, of Bel-Aire Mobile Village, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 7512, Pages 0692 through 0750, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on the 28th day of February, 1992, in O.R. Book 7827, Page 2388, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with a 2006 Homes of Merit, model of Forest Manor (2446-1639) 48X24 Double-wide manufactured home - Serial # FLHML9F163929696A/B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
