NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-434-CI-07, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILLIAMSBURG OF ST. PETERSBERG, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and JAMES R. FINLEY, HEIR AND BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL G. FINLEY AND TRUSTEE OF THE MICHAEL G. FINLEY LIVING TRUST U/D/T dated 11/18/2002, DARIN M. FINLEY, HEIR AND BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL G. FINLEY AND SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MICHAEL G. FINLEY LIVING TRUST U/D/T dated 11/18/02, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, and any and all UNKNOWN PERSONS in possession of the subject property, Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 4, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
