NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-001636-CO, of the County Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BARKWOOD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, and TARA L. BELCASTRO n/k/a TARA L. LINTZ, PETER BELCASTRO, MICHAEL D. RANDOLPH, and any and all UNKNOWN PERSONS in possession of the subject property, Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 6459 of Barkwood Square Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5027, Pages 458, et seq., and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Page 25, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
