NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09013226CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N. A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the RAY A MOORE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of October, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, BECKETT LAKES ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 94-95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
