NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-018190 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc. Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3, Plaintiff and Stephanie D. Ort a/k/a Stephanie Ort and Adam Ort, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1, WEEDON COVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGES 054-055, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
