Notice is hereby given that an Order of Summary Administration and Order Determining Homestead Status of Real Property has been issued in the estate of William A. Keim. The Circuit Court's address that issued the order is 315 Court St., Clearwater, FL 33756. The decedent's date of death was May 25, 2014. The estate consists of exempt tangible personal property (estimated value $5,000) and exempt homestead (estimated value $222,000). There are no non-exempt assets in the estate. The names and addresses of the those to whom it has been assigned by such Order are: William A. Keim, Jr., 1015 Bluffway Dr., Columbus OH 43235, Sherry C. Stone A/K/A Sherry Keim Stone Jones, PO Box 156, Castile NY 14427, and Donna K. Ellis, 5012 Oakshire Drive, Tampa FL 33625.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THIS ESTATE THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration and Order Determining Homestead Status of Real Property must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS THAT ARE NOT FILED WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIME LIMITS ARE FOREVER BARRED. NOTHWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
