NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 26, 2014, entered in Case No. 522012CA013608XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, N.A., Successor Trustee To Citibank, N.A., As Trustee For The Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff and Jack E. Aldrich; Unknown Spouse of Jack E. Aldrich; Mangrove Cay I Condominium Association, Inc.; Mangrove Cay Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 514, MANGROVE CAY I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15509, PAGE 2006, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
