Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 08/26/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 23, AND WATER LOT 23-A, LAZY LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
