BOOK 7065, PAGE 1848, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
