NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-012670-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-3;, is Plaintiff and KATHERINE JONAS; GARY T. BELL A/K/A GARY THOMAS BELL A/K/A GARY TELL BELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; STATE OF FLORIDA- DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOWN AND COUNTRY INDUSTRIES, INC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, CINNAMON HILL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
