NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-10206-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2003-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-3, is Plaintiff and JEROME GRANDE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 112, WOODLAND HILLS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 64, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
