NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-004385-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and David J. Wollinka as Personal Representative of the Estate of Loretta E. Gruber and On Top of the World Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. Two, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of On Top of the World Unit 81, a Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 110, Pages 14 through 15 inclusive, and in Official Records Book 7810, Page 699 through 741, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 2294 Belgian Lane #2, Clearwater, FL 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
