Defendants.
TO: Defendants, IGOR TUGBAEV, an individual, and VERA TUGBAEVA, an individual formerly known as VERA TUGBAYEVA.
The plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the property described below.
The plaintiff in this action is ESRICK INVESTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited partnership.
The plaintiff filed this action against you on August 12, 2014 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Civil Division, Case No: 14-006082-CI.
The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Lots 11 and 11A, Kipp's Colony Estates at Pasadena Yacht & Country Club, according to the map of plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 100, pages 72 through 75, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Stuart R. Bromfield, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Englander Fischer, 721 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 10/20/2014, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
