NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10017715CI, DIVISION: 11, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and ROBERT G. FOXWELL; PATRICIA J. FOXWELL A/K/A PATRICIA C. FOXWELL; ALUMINUM CRAFTSMEN, INC. A/K/A ALUMINUM CRAFTSMEN; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 214, INC.; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 13th day of October, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: MANCHESTER HOUSE, UNIT 602, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 214, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 74 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4050, PAGE 1639, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
