NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, on the 21st day of August A D, 2014, in the cause wherein Litton Loan Servicing LP, was plaintiff(s) and Robbie E Joyner, Kari L Joyner was defendant(s), being Case No 51-2010-CA-000292-WS in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named plaintiff(s), Litton Loan Servicing, LP, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
