NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The leasehold estate interest in that certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 308, Building C, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SEMINOLE SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. II, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4070, pages 547 through 576, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, page 25, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The subject leasehold estate was created pursuant to that certain Condominium Lease Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 4070, Pages 577-589, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash, at an online sale through the Clerk of the Court, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on OCTOBER 15, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
