NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2014, and entered in 08-000859-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE4 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE4 is the Plaintiff and JON TAGGART; BARBARA TAGGART; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION 2; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION 1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 08, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 200.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT, SAID WEST 1/2 BEING DETERMINED BY EQUAL DIVISION OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY (ALONG SECTION LINE OR MIDDLE OF ROAD) AND THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT:
THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE EAST 330.0 FEET THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 52.56 FEET OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 30; TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE NORTHERLY 50.0 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES. SUBJECT TO EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 22.0 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES.
