NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006054-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2014-NPL1, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity by solely as Indenture Trustee is the Plaintiff and Steven Hartline; Justin Vogt; Unknown Spouse of Steven Hartline; Unknown Spouse of Justin Vogt; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; and Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendant are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK âFâ, MEDALLION ESTATES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK âYâ, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
