NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-039099 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3is the Plaintiff and RICHARD J ADAMS A/K/A RICHARD L LIVERNOISE; CLERK OF COURT ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CHRISTI P ADAMS; DARREN C SUMNER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, OAK PARK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Q” PAGE(S) 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
