NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, in Case Number 2014-CA-004772-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Jose M. Mispireta, Consuelo A. Mispireta, Citibank, N.A., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 12, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 2, Block K, ARCADIA ACRES SECTION ONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book X, Page 96, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
