NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011508-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE , LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GERALD D. COSBY, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block C, Signal Hill, Unit Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 136, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
