NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2014 entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017528-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Lillianna Lopez Carrillo A/K/A Lilliana Lopez A/K/A Lilliana Lopez Carrillo; Unknown Spouse of Lillianna Lopez Carrillo AKA Lilliana Lopez AKA Lilliana Lopez Carrillo; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association; Lime Tree Village Community Club Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 14th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 286, ORANGEWOOD, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 35 THROUGH 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
