NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007345-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-HYB2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HYB2 is the Plaintiff and Larry Brodsky; Unknown Spouse of Larry Brodsky; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for American Home Mortgage; Regency Oaks at Stone Crest Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 27th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, REGENCY OAKS-PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S) 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
