NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011410-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Fernando Bouffard; Lara Bouffard; Camelot-by-the-Lake Condominium Association, Inc.; Onewest Bank, FSB f/k/a Indymac Bank, F.S.B; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants In Possession; John Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 5, OF BUILDING C, OF CAMELOT-BY-THE-LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND EXHIBITS THERETO, RECORDED THE 17TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3139, PAGES 222 THROUGH 284, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, IF ANY, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
