NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ENID C. B. GAITHER A/K/A ENID C. BURNETT GAITHER, DECEASED; TODD EMILIO GAITHER A/K/A TODD E. GAITHER AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ENID C. B. GAITHER A/K/A ENID C. BURNETT GAITHER, DECEASED; KAREN LORRAINE GAITHER AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ENID C. B. GAITHER A/K/A ENID C.
