NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002258 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and APRIL A ACCOR A/K/A APRIL ACCOR AKA APRIN ANN ACCOR; REMINGTON OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, REMINGTON OAKS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 146 AND 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
