NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-015987-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2005-QS4, is Plaintiff, and ADARSH SINGH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, CLUBHOUSE ESTATES PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
