NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018142-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007-KS3 is the Plaintiff and Luis J. Cortes Jr.; Sandy I. Cortes; Pitman Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, PITMAN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 100, 101 AND 102, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
