Final Judgment was awarded on June 9, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2010-CA-022590-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, SHIVSAI HOLDING LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE VUE AT LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; JOHN DOE N/K/A XAVIER CARTER; VIJAY KOMAR; JANE DOE; CREATIVE FLOORS COMMERCIAL, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 13, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
