NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 14, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 013537, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSMC MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and, TODD BOREN; HEIDI BOREN; SUNTRUST BANK; PHILLIPS PLACE OF WINTER PAKR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
