LOT 34, BLOCK 3657, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 64, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 78A THROUGH 78F, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 7317 CARY ST, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jennifer M. Scott of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 10/29/14, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
