Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and BILLY LEE CISSELL, SR. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JACQUELINE H. GRAY A/K/A JACQUELINE H. GRAY CISSELL: BILLY LEE CISSELL JR.; KEVIN M. CISSELL-STORM; BANK OF AMERICA. N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA: CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY. FLORIDA; WENDY A. ZIMMERMAN: STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on Dec. 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 39.5 FEET OF LOT 9 (BEING THAT PORTION THEREOF CONTIGUOUS TO LOT II) AND THE NORTHWESTERLY 34.5 FEET OF LOT 11 (BEING THAT PORTION THEREOF CONTIGUOUS TO LOT 9), ALL BEING IN A SUBDIVISION OF PORTIONS OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 45. CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, SAID COUNTY AND STATE AS PER RECORDED PLAT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
