NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002871 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass through Certificates Series 2005-PR2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Robert D. Horn, Teresa D. Horn also known as Teresa Horn, Bank of America, National Association, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 133, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 76, ACCCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 13 AND 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
