NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003627 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST DOUGLAS NORRIS A/K/A DOUGLAS A. NORRIS A/K/A DOUGLAS ALLEN NORRIS, DECEASED; WANDA J NORRIS; JOSHUA ALLEN NORRIS A/K/A JOSHUA A. NORRIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DOUGLAS NORRIS A/K/A DOUGLAS A. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
