NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002564-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANA M. MAINEGRA A/K/A ANA MARIA MAINEGRA; SUNTRUST BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
