NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000900AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2005-OPT2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALBERT R. CARSON, JR.; ROXANNE J. CARSON; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C, UNIT11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 53 THROUGH 55, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
