NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA001648AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Victor Garlington; Unknown Spouse of Victor Garlington; Yumiko Betterson; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, ALSO BEING THE CENTERLINE OF COUNTY LINE ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 475.57 FEET; THENCE N 0° 28' W, A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID ROAD FOR A P.O.B.; THENCE CONTINUE N 0° 28' W, A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET; THENCE S 0° 28' E, A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID ROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET TO THE P.O.B. BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
