Unit No. 111, Week No. 24 in SMUGGLERS COVE BEACH RESORT, a condominium, along with undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1028, Page 828, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereof, which condominium is also described at Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 52, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
UNIT 203, WEEK 25 in SMUGGLER'S COVE BEACH RESORT, a condominium, along with undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1028, Page 828, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and all amendments thereof, which condominium is also described at Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 52, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Unit No. 202, Unit Week Number 23 in SMUGGLERS COVE BEACH RESORT, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 1028, Page 828, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 52, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
along with a Notice of Lis Pendens, have been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on THERESA A.
