NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 001964, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FEDERICO PEREZ; NORMA PEREZ A/K/A NORMA ALVAREZ GRANADOS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28 AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 27, ORANGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
