NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001983AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and KAREN S. WILSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK C, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE V-B, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 114 THROUGH 117, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
