Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2014-CA-000397, on August 7, 2014, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is RITA CARROLL, et al. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 171, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A & 5B, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, page 195, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Also known as 6240 French Creek Court, Ellenton, Florida 34222
ANY PERSON CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
