NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001071 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Wildewood Springs Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 546, STAGE 5-B, LAKESIDE VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786, PAGES 612-670, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 83-87, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
