YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as
Unit No. 235, Phase I of Valencia Garden Condominiums II, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 897, Page 1430, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
more commonly known as 3500 El Conquistador Parkway, Unit 235, Bradenton, FL 34210.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon the Plaintiff's attorney, The Law Offices of Kevin T. Wells, P.A., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808 within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
