Berry, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., River Place Property Owners Association, Inc. a/k/a River Place Property Owners' Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Jacob Wengler, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
