NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in 2012CA003285 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN M. O'BRIEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN M. O'BRIEN; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. F/N/A WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. F/N/A SOUTHTRUST BANK OF ALABAMA, N.A. F/K/A SOUTHTRUST BANK; FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 180 THROUGH 192 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
