NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2014 and entered in 2012-CA-006799 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and STEVEN J. SHARP; KATHLEEN M. SHARP; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 N/K/A JAMES A. TUCKER, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 N/K/A CAROL TUCKER are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, OAK MANOR, A SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, A SUBDIVISION, LYING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
