NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 16, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 011849 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and, LINDA W. BRANDOW; CRAIG MARSHALL WESTBERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG MARSHALL WESTBERRY; ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 10, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK M, FLORIDANA MOBILE HOME SITE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1984 SCHNURE HO DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME ATTACHED THERETO HAVING VIN# S185622A, TITLE #40585978 AND VIN # S185622B, TITLE #40579711.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
