NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001716 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and LAURIE M YENGLE-ALVA A/K/A LAURIE YENGLEALVA AKA LAURIE YENGLE AKA LAURIE M YENGLEALVA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL LLC FKA HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK INC; GIANCARLO YENGLEALVA A/K/A AMADOR GIANCARLO YENGLEALVA AKA GIANCARLO YENGLE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34 BLOCK 381 10TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGES 22, 22A THROUGH 22M INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
