NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended in Rem Final Judgment Nunc Pro Tunic dated August 28, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-12344 [Consolidated], of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK, is the Plaintiff and Lawrence Brzostek and Ann Marie Brzostek are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on October 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
